Pushing a brand to leave their mark.


The Challenge.

To increase brand awareness of Freshpet in order to establish their position as the brand for those who really love their pets.

Real World Thinking.

With other emerging pet food brands nipping at their heels, Freshpet needed to put their money where their mouth is in order to convince an inherently discerning consumer that their celebration of pet love is genuine. To that end, we created an activation where this love was literally written in ink.

The Execution.

The Tattoo Pawlor, a one-day event in collaboration with premier studio First Class Tattoos where competition winners received custom portraits of their furry loved ones and others were welcomed to free pet flash tattoos designed exclusively for the event.

The Results.

  • One day tattoo studio takeover
  • 9 pet portraits and 11 pet flash tattoos administered
